Hello, everyone.  We hope you had a very happy Christmas and will have a happy new year.

There are only two more days for 2007.

On the 21^st, the new banzuke for Hatsubasho was announced.  Most of our rikishi are promoted their ranks except Kainowaka…. Kainowaka will make “revenge” in Hatsu-basho!!

On 24^th, we had a small Christmas party.  Pizza, Chicken, Christmas cakes and drinks.  You can see them in pictures below.

On the other day, Kaio had a TV recording.  He will appear on a variety programme on 5^th January….. We hope some of you are able to watch him in the programme overseas…  The title is “(we) make your dream come true!!” and the television station is TBS.

I am sure you are all making the most of keiko.  I will await the results daily with all of my best luck and encouragement pouring out to you.  I especially focus my energies on Kaio, and rising stars Kainohama and Kaisei.  Brooklyn loves you!!!

Winter Jungyo ended last weekend, and all rikishi returned to a stable.  Kaio and other rikishi do keiko everyday.

On Thursday, they went to kokugikan to have immunization against insluenza.  The ones who already caught a cold were too late to have the immunization… they went there to get medicine…

Toyota Club World Cup（Soccer）is now held in Japan.  Kainohama and Kaisei are excited by a Brazilian club went to the final!

They speed up to finish their job and concentrate to cheer the Brazilian Club….  It is nice sometimes to make hullabaloo!!

We hope you make hullabaloo when you watch sumo!!  All our rikishi try to make their best condition for Hatsubasho so that you can excite to watch us!  New banzuke will be announced next week…

Surely Ozeki Kaio has a lot of fans internationally. Actually I started to watch Sumo because of him - first having seen him on tv in Belgium two years ago.
