Why I choose sumo

I was introduced by my high school teacher to the Tomozuna stable. When I won a bout, I felt refreshment of mind and body, which is excellent, an I think this is the fascination of sumo.

Daily life after practise

• Hobbies: I always look for something interesting. My hobby is betting and watching horse-races, playing on slot machines, fishing and anything interesting or challenging.

• Ambition: My aim is to keep continuing "Kachkoshi" (winning a majority of bouts in a contest) by keeping my good physical condition. My dream is to become a sekitori-ranked wrestler.
